MonkeyPod is a suite of non-profit management tools, including fund accounting, budgeting, reporting, and more. This repo is for the core module, which addresses essential accounting functionality and provides a framework for MonkeyPod applications.

How to Use MonkeyPod

To get started using MonkeyPod, you have two options:

Hosted Service - This is the better fit for 99% of users. It is dead simple to set up and comes with some additional features that aren't possible to provide in the open source application, such as automated imports, online banking integration, payment processing, and fundraising campaigns. Sign up at https://monkeypod.io.

Open Source Application - This is the skeleton of a MonkeyPod application. It depends on the Core module but also allows you to add additional modules (or develop your own). Fork it at https://github.com/monkeypod-io/app.
