NAAEE Starter theme

This is the shared starter theme of most NAAEE websites.

So far, starter themes exist(ed) in the naaee profile directory of each site, but over time these were updated or edited and started diverging.

This version has been based on the starter theme in geep in comparison with the main and later the natural start site.

The two biggest differences are/were

1. @mixin layout-container: Older sites (like the main site) use percentages for the padding of the container, while newer sites (like geep) use em's. This is solved by an additional mixing called layout-container-naaee which can be used by sites that use percentages.

2. The main site has a left sidebar even though neither left or right are used while all other sites only have a right sidebar.
