This replaces the Java project provided by Ministerio de Hacienda to sign DTEs.

The signer loads the certificate file it is given (SignDocument::setCertPath()) and nothing else: it has no default location, and a missing file is an error. Keep the certificate outside the web root. The dtesv module stores it under the Dolibarr documents directory (DOL_DATA_ROOT/dtesv/certs/<NIT>.crt).
