The same UCP checkout, for agents that speak MCP.

Adds the five UCP checkout tools (spec 2026-08-25, MCP binding) to the store MCP server of angeo/module-mcp-server:

Tool	What it does
create_checkout	New checkout from items, buyer, address, discount code
get_checkout	Current state, shipping options, order once paid
update_checkout	Full replacement of items, buyer, discount, shipping
complete_checkout	Hand-off: requires_escalation + continue_url; the buyer pays on your checkout
cancel_checkout	Cancel an open checkout

All logic lives in angeo/module-ucp-checkout: REST and MCP give the same results, share sessions, and an agent may even mix them.

meta["ucp-agent"].profile is required. idempotency-key works like the REST header: same key and body → same answer, same key and other body → tool error.

Install

composer require angeo/module-ucp-checkout-mcp
bin/magento module:enable Angeo_UcpCheckoutMcp
bin/magento setup:upgrade
bin/magento cache:flush

Then in Stores → Configuration → Angeo → UCP → Transport → MCP Endpoint URL enter https://your-store/mcp, so the profile advertises the MCP transport next to REST. Check with bin/magento angeo:mcp:tools.
