Description

Sherlock provides a generic interface over various databases containing company data such as addresses, VAT registration numbers, contact information and annual reports. Sherlock will, based on the country to search in, select the appropriate provider(s) to search.

Currently Sherlock retrieves data from the following data providers:

Denmark: VIRK (Danish Central Business Registry - CVR). Requires you to obtain a user (see below).
European Union: EU VIES.

Provider-specific configuration

Denmark - CVR registry

The Danish data provider is an ElasticSearch instance provided by the Danish authorities. Go to CVR.dk to read more about obtaining credentials.

In order to use the provider, please provide the following ENV variables with the credentials to use for the CVR ElasticSearch instance:

    COMPANY_SERVICE_CVR_USERNAME=
    COMPANY_SERVICE_CVR_PASSWORD=

Contributing

Bug Reports

All issues are welcome, to create a better product, but your issue should contain a title and a clear description of the issue. You should also include as much relevant information as possible and a code sample that demonstrates the issue.

Which Branch?

All bug fixes should be sent to the develop branch. Bug fixes should never be sent to the master

Security Vulnerabilities

If you discover a security vulnerability within Sherlock package, write an email to Ageras' development team.

Coding Style

Ageras' follows the PSR-2 coding standard and the PSR-4 autoloading standard.

StyleCI

StyleCI automatically fixes code style to match the standard.
