新建一个项目

> cd 你的项目存放目录
> composer create-project tomener/timo timo-demo

运行测试

进入命令行，执行一下命令

> cd timo-demo
> php timo serve

打开浏览器访问

http://localhost:8090

你也可以配合apache、nginx来运行
