Owns migration-date opening balances and outstanding documents as an independently installable, tenant-scoped boundary. Entries are opaque references to accounts, customers, suppliers, banks, and items; imports are idempotent, balanced per currency, validated before approval, and retain reconciliation/audit evidence.
