Filament 5 presentation adapter for the chart-of-accounts module. Attach ChartOfAccountsFilamentPlugin to an application panel explicitly. Create and edit pages delegate to SaveAccount; the table archive action delegates to ArchiveAccount so UI mutations retain domain invariants.
