Installation

1. Install by running

composer require kuzmany/mautic-extendee-form-tab-bundle

1. Go to Mautic - Plugins and click to the button Install/Upgrade plugins

2. See new integrations FormTab

3. Enable it and select forms which results will show in contacts profile.
