bingbot and its published address list for hryvinskyi/magento2-bot-verification. The package is configuration only: one etc/di.xml.

composer require hryvinskyi/magento2-bot-verification-bing
bin/magento module:enable Hryvinskyi_BotVerificationBing
bin/magento setup:upgrade
bin/magento bot-verification:refresh

It declares the crawler bing, claimed by any User-Agent containing bingbot, and checks it against https://www.bing.com/toolbox/bingbot.json.

Bing publishes IPv4 ranges only. A bingbot request over IPv6 is therefore unverifiable and never refused: a list says nothing about an address family it does not cover.
