Splits arguments of a Latte 2 macro into an array of PHP expressions.

Fork of the abandoned h4kuna/latte-php-tokenizer.

use h4kuna\Template\LattePhpTokenizer;

// {_'Hello %s', $name}
LattePhpTokenizer::toArray($node); // ["'Hello %s'", '$name']

Whitespace outside of string literals is removed from each argument.
