Yandex OAuth Adds a Yandex ID OAuth provider for FoF OAuth. Supports Flarum 2.x

Run this in your Flarum root directory:

1. Create an application at https://oauth.yandex.ru
2. Set the callback URL to https://your-forum.ru/auth/yandex
3. Enter your Client ID and Client Secret in the FoF OAuth provider settings
