Installation

Via Composer

$ composer require fereloper/laravel-form-response

Usage

Publish the migration into your local laravel project.

php artisan vendor:publish --provider="Fereloper\LaravelQuestionnaire\LaravelQuestionnaireServiceProvider" --tag="migrations"
