A Flarum extension. Lets users send pokes to other users.

This is a demo extension that Clark Winkelmann created to help teach others how to build Flarum extensions. This is an exact copy. But, since his is a demo, he did not compile the JavaScript and publish it at Packagist. That is all I have done here... took his demo and made it installable. Thank you, Clark!
