User Guide

  1. Create a new Cart Rule from Marketing > Promotions > Cart Price Rules
  2. Make sure it has no coupon code
  3. Set the conditions to be a Sku is conditions. This will be the Buy 1... part of the Buy 1 get this free
  4. Set the action to be Auto Add Free Product
  5. Set the condition on the action to be a Sku is condition. This will be the ...get this free part of the Buy 1 get this free

When adding the product described by part 3 to the cart, you will get the product described by part 5 automatically added to the cart as a 0-cost item.
