Translate backend module for TYPO3 CMS

Editor for locallang.xlf files with various configuration options. See ext_conf_template.txt.

Quick-Setup:
host: composer require undefined/translate-locallang --dev
ddev: ddev composer require undefined/translate-locallang --dev
