This extensions allows creation of order note, modification of defaults and storing notes against the customer.

Admin

Admin options for notes can be found under

"Stores->Configuration->Customers->Customer Configuration->Customer Note"

Order note is visible on orders grid and also on order view page , under Information tab Note : There is a bug on sales order grid , once note is added order is not refreshed , so note wont show until order is refreshed again(eg. invoice or ship).
