This feature is designed to enable marketplace operators to impersonate merchant users in the Merchant Portal. The agent is a role for the employee of the marketplace operator with the main task of assisting the merchant if any help is needed. The agent acts as a backoffice user with “Agent Assist in Merchant Portal” permission.
