Simple plugin that adds a Google New Sitemap. To use this plugin, simply use install and activate it. To view your sitemap, just go /sitemap_news.xml.

Options

In the general settings page, there is an option to show posts from one category in the news sitemap.

Filters

sgns-url

Filter the url that is output in the new feed

sgns-keywords

Filter the keywords that is output in the new feed

sgns-lang

Filter the publication language that is output in the new feed

sgns-sitename

Filter the publication name that is output in the new feed

GitHub Updater

The Simple Google News Sitemap includes native support for the GitHub Updater which allows you to provide updates to your WordPress plugin from GitHub.
