The MageSpecialist base library (msp/common) — shared helper classes that the MSP modules rely on, among others CMS Import/Export.

You usually do not install it on its own — it is pulled in as a dependency. A maintained fork of the abandoned msp/common (last release 0.1.7, 2019), tightened up for Magento 2.4.9 / PHP 8.4.
