Name reserved for the Pseudo language.

Packagist uses GitHub-vendor namespacing (<owner>/<package>), so this is published as siliconyouth/pseudo-lang. There is no race risk for the unscoped name.

The actual PHP bindings (if PHP ever becomes a target — currently not in ADR-0019's 9 official targets) or simply a stable name reservation will be published to Packagist when v1.0 Ludens ships.

See RESERVE.md. Packagist is submit-only — there is no composer publish command. You submit a GitHub URL via the web form once.
