Simplified support for the eZ Star Rating solution based on eZ Publish legacy database model. Currently only data view has been implemented, relies on the legacy solution to update rates.

Todo list

• Update rates from Symfony bundle (currently uses ajax legacy solution)
• Include info on if current user have given a rating on a content
