Differences From Laravel
- The deprecated
horizon:publishcommand is not included. Usehorizon:installinstead. horizon:listenuses Hypervel's file watcher instead of a Node.jschokidarprocess, so Node is not required. A nonemptyhorizon.watchlist replaces thewatcherconfiguration's watch list, and--pollselects its scanning driver. See automatically restarting Horizon.- Supervisors accept a
concurrencyoption that lets each worker process run several jobs at once in coroutines. See concurrency. - Redis Cluster is configured on the named Redis connection selected by
horizon.use. Laravel's top-leveldatabase.redis.clustersentries are not read. - Horizon's
RedisQueue::push()does not callpushRaw(). Custom queue subclasses should usepreparePayloadForPush()andhandlePayloadPushed()to customize normal publication; the latter runs after storage is accepted. DirectpushRaw()calls remain supported.
