Installation

Go to root folder and run command
    composer require extensions/sales-rule-enhance
    php bin/magento setup:upgrade
    php bin/magento module:enable Extensions_SalesRuleEnhance

Configuration

Stores -> Configuration -> Extensions -> Sales Rule
