This project contains the source and the generated images for german accessiblity symbols. Documentation and labels in the source are in german.

Informations

Attention: The used icons are not compatible to ISO 7001. This comprises fewer symbols for accessibility and equal symbols see slightly different. Furthermore, a different shade of blue is used as the prescribed.

The templates for most icons were courtesy by http://www.mobidat.net/ 2011. The design of the wheelchair user corresponds to the design of the "Graphic Artist Guild" of 1993 but has notable changes.

BerlinOnline Stadtportale GmbH & Co. KG claims no copyrights on the adjustments made to the pictograms and will assert no claims in the future.

Usage

The base file is pictograms.svg

To edit the file and to build the icons, the application Inkscape is necessary. For optimizing the PNG-Output the tool optipng is used.

For building the icons on an unix system, use the following command:

 bin/build.sh
