This plugin will remove the 00-decimals on product page and product listings. Please note that this is still at BETA, use at own risk.
How to install
After installing Magento 2, run the following commands
composer require codepeak/magento2-currency
php bin/magento setup:upgrade
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
