A Handlebars.php wrapper for Laravel 4

Shamelessly "borrowed" and hacked together from: https://github.com/conarwelsh/mustache-l4/

Note: This is very much a WIP, most likely totally non-functioning.

I will post more instructions below if I manage to get this working.
