OpenID Connect module for SimpleSAMLphp

To install, run composer require bradjonesllc/simplesamlphp-module-openidconnect dev-master in /var/simplesamlphp, and add the settings from template/authsources-template-addition.php to /var/simplesamlphp/config/authsources.php.
