iptv-org-pro-url-tools is a small offline URL builder for iptv-org pro, an independent web directory indexing public television channels sourced from the open-source iptv-org dataset.

The helper builds canonical HTTPS URLs for the directory homepage, channel index, countries, categories, search, channel details, about, and attribution pages. It does not fetch data, check streams, host video, distribute M3U playlist files, or provide IPTV access. It is not an official iptv-org client and is not affiliated with the maintainers of the official iptv-org repository.

The repository also contains equivalent Rust and PHP helpers plus a small Docker CLI. All helpers perform local string construction and require no network request.
