Basic Usage

$con = new OOSSH\SSH2\Connection('host', 22);
$con->connect()
    ->authenticate(new PasswordAuthentication('foo', 'bar'))
    ->exec('cd /home/foo')
    ->exec('ls -al', function($stdio, $stderr) { echo $stdio; })
    ->begin()
      ->exec('cd /var/www')
