Kubernetes way continues delivery for web application

Note: Neptune is in development stage. Commands or APIs may change when a better solution has been found.

Software Purpose

1. The main purpose of Neptune is to deploy Laravel or any other application by Release methodology
2. It is design to use existing kubernetes resources to make a CD lifecycle.
