flow to publish a composer in laravel
1.composer dump-autoload
2.register a singleton in a provider
3.composer init to write profile of it
4.git init and commit to remote respository
5.find packagist services in github and put your info
6.go to sumbit get token, then submit the address of project
7.add phpunit
