Select2 for QCubed-4

The original author of this plugin "QSelect2ListBox" was Vardan Vakopian (@vakopian) and this plugin was based on QCubed v2.3.

Here this plugin has been redesigned for QCubed-4. This plugin works starting from PHP version 8.3+.

This control is installable by Composer. To install, execute the following on the command line from your main install directory:

	composer require kukrik/select2
