Select2 for QCubed v4

The original author of this plugin "QSelect2ListBox" was Vardan Vakopian (@vakopian) and this plugin was based on QCubed v2.3.

Here this plugin has been redesigned for QCubed v4.

This control is installable by Composer. To install, execute the following on the command line from your main install directory:

	composer require kukrik/select2
