Core web vitals and Search Engine Optimization enhancements to improve Magento store performance.

Description

With the recent RAGE around PWA, lets make some default enhancements to ensure those not drinking the kool aid are also improving their store's performance. This module uses Googles CWV insights and custom SEO improvements to offer a better experience.
