vpn-minute is a command line tool to create and destroy your very own VPN on-demand in any region of the world.

For in-depth information, look at the wiki.

Installation

  • archlinux: aur package is available under the name vpn-minute.
  • Other: no package available at the moment.

Getting started

  1. Read the wiki.
  2. Understand what’s written on the wiki.
  3. Create and activate an AWS account.
  4. $ vpnm -h

Caveat

Make sure you are aware of what “VPN on-demand” means before using vpn-minute.

By using vpn-minute, you agree that, due to security checking, some things may misbehave. Here is a non-exhaustive list of what may happen if you use vpn-minute:

  • some other software may crash or stop working;
  • some websites can temporarily blocked your access;
  • being charged excessively for your server usage;
  • in some extreme cases, some of your accounts may get banned;

vpn-minute is not responsible for these events.
