Add missing commit-hooks and Gerrit Remotes to Packages

You can use the './flow gerrit:setup' command to walk through all Packages and add commit-hooks and/or remotes for gerrit to your git configurations:

./flow gerrit:setup
Added commit-msg hook to add ChangeId to: /Users/mneuhaus/Sites/FLOW3/foo/Packages/Application/Famelo.Gerrit/.git

Automatic Cherry-Picking for Distributions

To make the distributed development with Flow easier there is a command './flow gerrit:update' to fetch all ChangeId's specified in a file called 'gerrit.json' on the FLOW_PATH_ROOT, e.g. your Distributions root folder.

This gerrit.json has the following Syntax:

When you've added such a gerrit.json to your distribution, you can easily use:

./flow gerrit:update

This command will now go through all defined changeIds and apply them to the Packages. Here's the output of running the command on that gerrit.json example above:
