Cense assistant(chatbot) can easily be installed, customized and deployed without any coding, saving businesses a considerable amount of time and money. Cense assistant can be easily configured matching the style(fonts/colors) of the business.

Products with local/traditional names can be easily searched, so that customers don’t spend time going through the catalogs and products that they are not interested in. How to install this extension ?

Under your root folder, run the following command lines:

  • composer require censeai/cense-ai-bot
  • php bin/magento setup:upgrade
  • php bin/magento setup:di:compile
  • php bin/magento cache:flush

How to see the results

  1. Go to the Magento Admin Panel, navigate to the Stores -> Find CENSEAIINC on the right side menu.

  2. Go to Settings , Enable Bot (Store View) = Yes.

  3. For how to get your License Key checkout Cense Magento Documentation.

  4. Save Config, and then Flush magento cache by going to System -> Cache Management.

  5. Go to the storefront, Check the chatbot in the right hand side bottom corner.
