This plugin alters WordPress's built-in RSS feeds to make it compatible with Flipboard RSS specification.

How do you use this plugin?

After enabling the plugin, navigate to an RSS feed in WordPress (e.g. http:///www.example.com/feed/) and add ?mrss=1 to the end of the url. It should look something like this: http:///www.example.com/feed/?mrss=1

Does this plugin include PubSubHubbub support?

In a word, no. There are other plugins available that do this on the WordPress plugin repository.

Installation

Using The WordPress Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the 'Add New' in the plugins dashboard
  2. Search for 'flipboard-rss-feed'
  3. Click 'Install Now'
  4. Activate the plugin on the Plugin dashboard

Uploading in WordPress Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the 'Add New' in the plugins dashboard
  2. Navigate to the 'Upload' area
  3. Select flipboard-rss-feed.zip from your computer
  4. Click 'Install Now'
  5. Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard

Using FTP

  1. Download flipboard-rss-feed.zip
  2. Extract the flipboard-rss-feed directory to your computer
  3. Upload the flipboard-rss-feed directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  4. Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard

GitHub Updater

The Flipboard RSS Feed includes native support for the GitHub Updater which allows you to provide updates to your WordPress plugin from GitHub.
