Generic interfaces and classes for adding API key-based authentication to cultuurnet/udb3-silex and cultuurnet/udb3-search-service.

Includes CultureFeed implementations that can be used to validate API keys in UiTID v1 if the cultuurnet/culturefeed-php package is installed as well.
